Drawn from 99.99 % coil and handled as the sensitive product it is: degreased after drawing, wound without a single splice, and released only against the batch tensile result.
At this purity the wire is noticeably soft, which is why the tensile range is the lowest of the three grades. It is a property of the material, not a concession on quality.
